Life is hectic, stress at school, after school, and everywhere? Teens: transform yourselves, take charge, and make a change with the fitness and nutrition experts from the Norman Regional Health System.They plan to share ideas to help teens transform their lives with healthy choices at a program scheduled for Wednesday, June 18 at 2:00 p.m. @ the Moore Public Library.Teens will be given tips and information concerning menus, food choices, exercise, and healthy body basics.
Small, simple steps toward healthy choices in snacks, drinks, and vending machine items can be little changes that break negative habits.As part of the Teen Summer Reading Challenge, Metamorphosis @ your library, junior and senior high teens are encouraged to change for health.Bring a sister, brother, cousin, or friend and buddy up:what happens at the health program, stays at the health program.
