Frequently Asked Questions - Reader Services
If you are unable to visit your hometown library because of health or physical challenges, our Home Services program can bring the library to you.
Books by Mail
Homebound customers in Cleveland, McClain, or Pottawatomie County are eligible for our Books by Mail program. Using this service, you can choose to borrow any of the items in the hometown libraries' collections. The items will be mailed to you at the library's expense, for a standard three-week borrowing period. Once your borrowing period is over, you send the material back in a postage paid mailing bag. There is no cost to you.
