Computer The internet makes the world available to you with a tap of the fingertips and a click of the mouse - but sometimes what you really need is a good resource for local information.

Search engines like Google, Yahoo and LocalSearch provide a corporate take on locating local information - but sometimes it takes a local effort to provide the best hometown information. Luckily Oklahoma has statewide resources that are meant to help individuals find resources and services in their area.

JOIN is an online tool developed by several state agencies whose mission is:

"...to provide Oklahomans information about available public and private social services and other resources, to facilitate easy access and referral to those services and resources, and make de-identified information available for policy analysis, planning, reporting, and program evaluation.
