The McLoud Public Library is looking to turn tweens into junior archaeologists at a Fossil Making for Tweens program, set for 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, in the Milburn Room of the library, 133 N. Main St.
Participants ages 8 to 12 will take part in this year’s “Dig into Reading” Summer Reading Program theme in an afternoon where they will make their own fossils.
All supplies will be provided by library staff but are limited in amount, so registration is required in advance to take part.
Registration may be completed through library staff either in person or by calling 964-2960.
