Dig into Reading with upcoming Summer Reading activities in McLoud

LogoThe McLoud Public Library is busy with activity for all ages in its Summer Reading Program schedule in the coming days.

Children

2 p.m. Tuesday, June 18 – Soil Painting, presented by Karla Beatty of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission. For ages 8 to 12 to design a work of art with different types of Oklahoma soils.

2 p.m. Wednesday, June 19 – Dive In Dig It concert, featuring Stephen Fite. He has performed for 30 years, with tunes geared to ages 3 to 7 but fun for all.

Teen

2 p.m. Wednesday, June 19 – Steampunk Style, jewelry making basics presented by local artist Kiona Millirons. Registration is required and the program currently has a waiting list.
