Moore Public Library to host "Bug Fest"

The bugs are coming to the Moore Public Library. These are of the invited variety, though, as the library and the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service join for “Bug Fest” at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, in Rooms A and B of the library, 225 S. Howard Ave.

Tracey Payton and other representatives of the Extension Service will bring a variety of exhibits, activities and insects themselves for an afternoon of education and entertainment.

The event is part of this year’s Summer Reading Program at the library, and all ages are invited. Registration is not required.

For more information on this or any of the library’s programs and services this summer, call 793-5100 or view the event here.
