Library, county extension to present canning class for adults
Get some helpful advice on “Preserving Nature’s Bounty” with a canning class, at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, in Room A of the Moore Public Library, 225 S. Howard Ave. The class is for ages 18 and up.
Brenda Hill, Family Consumer Sciences Educator with the Cleveland County OSU Extension Service, will lead the class.
Hill will give a presentation on basic canning, with tips on more modern methods that participants may not have learned from a relative, or themselves, at a younger age.
Space is limited so registration is required to attend.
