Summer Nights series fills Moore’s Buck Thomas Park with music on Fridays

LogoThe Moore Public Library again hosts its popular Summer Nights Music in the Park concert series from 7 to 9 p.m. Fridays in June at Buck Thomas Park, 1901 NE 12thSt. in Moore.

The free concert series features a variety of musical styles in an outdoor, family-friendly setting.

 

The schedule of performers includes:

June 1 – Overdrive, a Tulsa-based band bringing a high-energy style of country music.

June 8 – Maggie McClure, a Normanite who is a veteran of nearly 10 years performing a blend of original and cover songs.

June 15 – Jennifer Marriott, who brings a blend of acoustic alternative folk, jazz, blues and rock.

June 22 – Red Dirt Rangers, combine the spirit of classic country and old-school American rock

June 29 – Zoom City, covering a variety of classic rock and roll favorites.

There is no admission fee to attend any of the concerts.
