Newcastle tweens to discuss “How to Survive Middle School”

The Newcastle Public Library hosts a special book discussion group just for tweens. Its Tween Book Club meets the second Friday of most months, with the next discussion set for 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at the library, 705 NW 10th St.
The tweens’ next discussion will be on Donna Gephart’s “How to Survive Middle School.” In addition to the discussion, tweens will make a craft related to the book.
Registration is not required to attend. Titles the group currently is reading are available at the checkout desk.
