Winter’s “One Little Snowflake” to fall in Newcastle
The Newcastle Public Library invites children to make and take a seasonal craft at the program “One Little Snowflake,” set for 3:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28.
Participants will make a winter craft they can take home for a decoration.
Registration is not required to attend.
