Newcastle’s Brown Bag Book group to meet
The Newcastle Public Library’s Brown Bag Book Discussion group will discuss “The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society" by Mary Ann Shaffer at its next meeting, 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at the library, 705 NW 10th St.
The group is for ages 18 and up and meets each month to go over a different book during a lunchtime discussion.
Participants are asked to bring their own lunch, and drinks and dessert are provided courtesy the Friends of the Newcastle Library.
Registration is not required to take part.
