Library wraps up Summer Reading with Indiana Jones Week

Indiana Jones is taking over the Noble Public Library as this year’s Summer Reading Program adventure wraps up with a week of activities.

While Harrison Ford himself won’t be there, the library takes on the theme of one of the great adventurers in movies with something for all ages, including:

Recycled Crafts, Indiana Jones-style – 1 p.m. Monday, July 22 – Families are invited to take supplies provided by the library and turn them into an item based on the movie series.

Indiana Theme Week Movie – 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 23 – Relive the adventure with a movie showing at the library, with complimentary popcorn. Ages 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and teens are free to come alone.

Summer Reading Program Finale – 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 25 – The afternoon features themed games, crafts and foods based on the movies. Participants are invited to dress in costume of their favorite Indiana Jones character.

Registration is not required to attend any of the programs.
