Eat healthy on your budget with tips from Norman program
While the idea of eating better to stay fit and healthy is one on the minds of many families, so too is the challenge that comes from finding the money to do so.
The Norman Public Library gives some attention to that challenge by offering the program “Eating Healthy on a Budget” at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, in the Lowry Room of the library, 225 N. Webster Ave.
Brenda Hill of the Cleveland County OSU Extension Office will give advice for families to eat healthy and stay within their financial means as well.
The program is for ages 18 and up and registration is required to attend.
