Purcell to offer free computer class series in October

The Purcell Public Library will offer a series of basic computer classes for beginning users during October.
Classes will take place at 10 a.m. on Oct. 1, 15 and 29, at the library, 919 N. Ninth St.
Topics are:
Oct. 1 – Computer Basics, an introduction to the computer, including how to use a mouse and keyboard.
Oct. 15 – Internet Basics, a beginning look at the Internet and ways to search for material.
Oct. 29 – Email Basics, a chance to set up a free email account through one of several online platforms.
Registration is required separately for each class.
