The Shawnee Public Library gets into the holiday spirit with a pair of upcoming age-appropriate make-and-take craft programs for tweens and teens on Saturday, Dec. 8.
Tweens, ages 9 to 11, are invited to the library at 10 a.m. while ages 12 to 18 can come at 2 p.m. for the teen program. Each will take place in Community Room A of the library, 101 N. Philadelphia Ave.
Participants will make holiday gift bags, as well as several different gifts and crafts to put inside of them for a special someone.
Registration is not required to take part.
For more information on the programs, or any of the services offered at the library, call 275-6353.
