Shawnee - Summer Reading - Teens
Go back in time and “Discover the Dark Ages” at a Shawnee Public Library teen program at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, at the library, 101 N. Philadelphia Ave.
Staff from the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art will lead the program, telling tales of knights, coats of arms and other aspects of medieval times.
Participants also will have a chance to create their own embossed metal shield.
Registration is not required to attend.
