Prepare for the ACT with Shawnee class
The ACT test is right around the corner for many area high school students.
And getting ready for the test is as easy as a trip to the Shawnee Public Library, for some help from a library database giving assistance in preparing for the test.
The Learn-a-Test workshop, “Prepare for the ACT,” takes place at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, in the Computer Training Center of the library, 101 N. Philadelphia Ave.
Participants will get a hands-on look at the Learn-a-Test database and the resources it provides for standardized test advice.
The class is offered for teens. Space is limited so registration is required in advance.
For more information, or to register, visit the library, call 275-6353 or go online here .
