Shawnee Book Discussion Group set for monthly meeting
The Shawnee Public Library is inviting the community to be part of its monthly Book Discussion Group. Its next meeting will be 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, in the Conference Room of the library, 101 N. Philadelphia Ave.
The group is for ages 18 and up meets the first Thursday of each month to discuss a book chosen the previous month.
Copies of the selected book are available at the library’s checkout desk so participants can read and then come share their thoughts and ideas on it.
Registration is not required to take part.
