Magician and storyteller Michael Corley coming to Tecumseh
Tecumseh - Summer Reading - Children
The Tecumseh Public Library continues its Summer Reading Program series with a visit from magician and storyteller Michael Corley, for the program “East of the Moon, West of the Sun,” scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, July 26, at the library, 114 N. Broadway.
Corley’s performance will keep with this summer’s theme of “Dream Big: Read” by looking at some of the mysteries of folk tales about things that go bump in the night, as well as the heroes who then help bring the day.
He will tell the story of how Moon defeated the Boglins and how Coyote made the Milky Way galaxy.
The program is for children of all ages and families, and registration is not required to take part.
