Tecumseh hosts duct tape craft program

Turn duct tape into something new at the Tecumseh Public Library, at a craft program at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29.
The program is for teens or tweens, ages 10 to 18, who will make bookmarks and bracelets from duct tape. All supplies will be provided by the library.
