Learn to navigate the “Oklahoma Night Sky” with Tecumseh program

The Tecumseh Public Library invites would-be astronomers and star gazers to its program, “The Oklahoma Night Sky,” at 6 p.m. Monday, June 9, at the library, 114 N. Broadway.

Mukremin Kilic, Professor of Astronomy at the University of Oklahoma, will lead the presentation, giving a basic introduction to what to look for in the night sky and tips for the best way to get a good view of stars.

The program is for ages 18 and up and registration is required in advance to attend.
