Hooray! It's our favorite time of year, Summer Reading season. We know you will be as excited as we are with the events we have planned. You can catch us out & about in our communities. Stay where it's cool and socialize with us online on your favorite social network Catch events at the library. See what's on our Summer reading list. And last but not least, become a part of the future by helping us test a new library catalog. What are you waiting for? Read on!

Out & About

This Summer your hometown library is coming to you. Friend us on Foursquare to see where we pop up. Here is a brief list of our June social engagements outside of the library:

   All Libraries: Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History in Norman. On June 25 from 10-5 show your library card for FREE admission to the museum

   Moore Library: Summer Nights - Music in the Park at Buck Thomas Park in Moore. Each Friday in June at 7 p.m.

   Norman Library: Children's Story Time at Sooner Mall in Norman. Each Tuesday in June at 10 a.m.

   Purcell Library: Byars Summer Reading Program at Byars Elementary School. Each Monday in June at 10:30 a.m. and Wayne Summer Reading Program at Wayne Community Center June 10, 17 & 24 at 1 p.m.
