The Norman Public Library will celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15) with the 6th annual Hispanic Festival.
Sponsors include the Friends of the Norman Library, Pioneer Library System, Norman Arts Council and Oklahoma Arts Council, Carlos Nieto, Marie Callender’s Restaurant and Bakery, Blas Flores, Fed-Ex Kinkos of Norman, Norman Sooner Rotary Club, Norman Public Schools, Hispanic Student Services at the University of Oklahoma, Yoana Walschap, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Hispanic Adult Sunday School, Great Plains Coca-Cola, El Chico of Norman, and the Norman Hispanic community.
Come out to the library on September 28 from 2-7 pm. to help celebrate. There will be something for the entire family with dancing, food, games, art, presentations,and fun.
